Pepper-Grilled Fish

Start with 2 fillets of white fish (pangasius).

In a small bowl, mix the grated rind of a small lemon, 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of ground all spice, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Place the fish on some foil in a grill pan or broiler pan.
