5 leaves kaffir lime leaves
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon ginger
3 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 oz rice noodles
2 cups bean sprouts
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup fried shallots
2 lime wedges
1/4 cup coriander

Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
