Lay down a slice of corned beef and half a slice of Swiss cheese on a piece of rye bread.
Add a dollop of sauerkraut and roll it up tightly.
Freeze the rolled-up filling to prevent it from unrolling.
Grind up rye bread until it crumbles to create a coating.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, corn starch, baking soda, and seltzer water to make the beer batter.
Dunk the corn beef roll into the beer batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
Transfer the battered roll into the rye bread crumbles, pressing to adhere the crumbs well.
Heat oil in a deep fryer to the appropriate frying temperature.
Carefully place the coated rolls into the hot oil and fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
Remove the fried rolls from the oil and allow them to drain on paper towels.
