Shrimp Scampi

3 cloves garlic

Heat a Blackstone griddle and add a little olive oil.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper on one side and place them on the griddle.

Cook the shrimp for a couple of minutes on one side, then flip them over and season the other side with salt and pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the griddle and some chopped garlic.

On one side of the griddle, keep the heat low and on the other side, set it to medium-high.

Add lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to the shrimp and let them cook.

Prepare the zoodles by spiralizing 3 zucchinis and straining them for a couple of hours to remove excess water, then refrigerate for about an hour.

Add more olive oil to the griddle and cook the zoodles for about 2 minutes.

Add more butter, chopped garlic, leftover lemon juice, and lemon zest to the zoodles.

Return the shrimp to the griddle and mix everything together.

Plate the shrimp scampi with zoodles and serve.
