2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Duke's mayonnaise
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon extra hot horseradish
1 tablespoon sriracha
12 Hawaiian rolls
1 lb leftover ham
1 cup pineapple rings
1 cup Swiss cheese
1 cup Gouda cheese
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Rub butter all over the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix 3 large spoons of mayonnaise, a small amount of spicy brown mustard, sriracha, and horseradish to make the sauce. Set aside.

Cut Hawaiian rolls open with a serrated knife and place the bottoms in the baking dish.

Spread the sauce on the bottom halves of the rolls.

Add slices of leftover ham on top of the sauce.

Place about a third of a pineapple ring on each slider.

Add a third of a slice of Swiss cheese on each slider, followed by Gouda cheese.

Place the tops of the rolls back on.

Pour about 4 ounces of melted butter over the tops of the sliders.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and poppy seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is softened.
