Preheat the oven.
Prepare puff pastry in tart forms or muffin forms if tart forms are unavailable.
Boil water and add chicken broth cubes to a pot.
Once boiling, add chicken breast and boil for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
Remove chicken, let cool, and cut into cubes.
In the same pot, melt butter.
Add flour to the melted butter and whisk until combined.
Gradually add the reserved chicken water, whisking until thickened.
Stir in cream, milk, and canned asparagus with juices, mixing until thick.
Add the cubed chicken back into the mixture, season with salt and pepper, and stir until combined.
Place the puff pastry forms in the oven for 5-10 minutes until hot and crispy.
Pour the filling into the baked pastry forms, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and top with chopped parsley.
