1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons Chipotle powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped red onion

Heat a large saucepan over medium high heat.

Add 2 pounds of ground beef and brown it, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until nicely browned.

Add the 7 ounces of Chipotle in Adobo sauce to the pot and stir.

Drain excess fat from the ground beef if desired, then add it back to the pot.

Add the 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes and the 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes to the pot.

Add 2 cans of drained dark kidney beans to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add in 1/2 bunch of freshly chopped cilantro, saving some for garnish.

Let the chili simmer for another 20 minutes.
