1 1/2 cups minute white rice
8 boneless pork center loin chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
1 cup crispy fried onions (for topping)
2 green onions (sliced)

In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of cream of celery soup.

Add 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture.

Whisk the mixture together until well combined and set aside 1/2 cup for later.

Chop 1/4 cup of green onion and add it to the mixture.

Add 1/4 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixture and stir.

Add 1 1/2 cups of minute white rice to the mixture and stir until combined.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour the mixture into the dish, smoothing it out.
