In a large bowl, combine ground ham and ground pork.
Mix in bread crumbs, eggs, and milk until well combined.
Add finely chopped onion, brown sugar, mustard, black pepper, garlic powder, and parsley; stir until evenly mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, pressing it down to pack it tightly.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to create a glaze.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the ham loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with sides of your choice.
