1 tbsp Corn Flour
50 ml Water
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil / Olive Oil
1 tbsp (12 gms) Garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp (6 gms) Ginger (finely chopped)
1 small size (60 gms) Onion Petals (cut the onions into quarters and separate the layers into petals)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Worcester Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Brown Sugar
70 gms Green Capsicum (cut into cubes)
25 gms Carrots (cut into thin discs)
4 nos Dry Red Chillies (whole)
2 nos Green Chillies (whole,slit or punctured)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Vinegar
1.5 tbsp Corn Flour Slurry (1tsp Corn Flour + 1 tbsp Water)
1 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
1 tsp Sesame Oil (optional but recommended)
