Prepare the marinade by mixing 2 tablespoons of regular soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Hoon sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of spicy sesame oil, 1.5 tablespoons of black pepper, 0.5 teaspoons of crushed pepper, 2 minced garlic cloves, and grated ginger.

Add 1.5 pounds of flank steak cut into thin strips to the marinade and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
