1 large egg
1/2 cup minced white onion
1 cup minced cremini mushrooms
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup tomato sauce

Preheat the oven.
