Vegan Cheeseburger Pizza Egg Rolls

Lentils provide protein with lower fat content.
Dice a whole onion and set aside.
Chop fresh basil and set aside.
Heat avocado oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion until soft and translucent.
Add 3 cloves of fresh chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add tomato paste and cook for about 3-5 minutes to enhance sweetness.
Add 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes and smash them down to release juices.
Add fresh basil and seasonings including mushroom seasoning and brown sugar, then cook for 10-15 minutes.
Use an immersion blender to blend the sauce until smooth, then let it cook for another 10-15 minutes and set aside to cool.
For the cheeseburger filling, dice another whole onion and sauté until translucent.
Add 32 ounces (2 packs of 16 ounces each) of plant-based meat to the pan.
Season the meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Add ketchup and mustard to the meat mixture and stir.
Once the meat is cooked, add vegan kobe jack cheese and let it melt for about 10-15 minutes before setting aside.
Prepare the spring roll wrappers by wetting the edges with almond milk or water to help them stick together.
For cheeseburger rolls, add the filling, vegan cheddar cheese, and pickles, then fold and roll tightly.
For pizza rolls, spread the marinara sauce in the middle, add vegan mozzarella, vegan pepperoni slices, and vegan sausage, then fold and roll tightly.
Heat avocado oil in a pan and fry the rolls on each side for about 5 minutes until golden brown, or air fry them until golden brown.
