Cultural Context
Meat sauce, often referred to as 'ragù' in Italy, is a staple in Italian cuisine, commonly served with pasta.
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add the roast beef and brown on all sides.
Pour in the red wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the tomato sauce and ZEUS seasoning.
Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer for at least an hour to develop flavors.
