1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water
1 cup chicken stock

Turn on the stove to medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan.

Pour in 1 cup of water and 1 cup of chicken stock, keeping the pan uncovered.

Let the mixture cook for about 15-20 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates, leaving about 1/2 cup of liquid in the pan.
