In a saucepan, combine 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of caramel sauce, and 2 tablespoons of butter.
Stir until completely dissolved and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
Cook for about 10 minutes on medium to low heat until thick enough to roll into balls.
Cool the mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Grease hands with butter and roll the mixture into bite-sized pieces.
Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles or coarse sugar to coat.
Optionally, make icing with icing sugar, more caramel sauce, and cream, then pipe it on top for decoration.
