Heat the turkey in a pan until browned slightly.
Cover the turkey to steam it without adding water.
Add garlic seasoning, onion seasoning, chicken bouillon, and salt to taste.
Once the turkey has released some moisture, add the recado (sauce).
Blend together 3 tomatoes, 1 whole onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 California chiles, and 3 green onions until smooth.
Add some cilantro to the blender mixture.
Pour the blended mixture into the pan with the turkey.
Let it cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Add chayote to the mixture for flavor.
Prepare rice with carrots and onions as a side dish.
