2 tablespoon ghee/oil
1 tablespoon arabic mix spice
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon dried lemon
1 tablespoon salt
5 pcs cardamom seeds
2 pcs dried lemon
2 sticks cinnamon
170 grams tomato paste
2 pcs tomatoes
2 litres of water
carrot
zucchini
green peas
potato
bell pepper
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup water
A pinch of salt
chopped coriander leaves

Reduce heat to low and simmer until lamb is tender.

In a separate bowl, combine whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a dough.

Roll out the dough and cut into strips or pieces.
