Mix in tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, arabic mix spice, chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, dried lemon, cardamom seeds, and cinnamon sticks.
Pour in water to cover the meat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until lamb is tender.
In a separate bowl, combine whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into strips or pieces.
Add the dough pieces to the pot and cook until they float.
Stir in chopped vegetables and season with salt to taste.
Simmer for an additional time to heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
