Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
Mix in cream cheese until melted and well combined.
Season the mixture with herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and eggs to form a dough.
Press half of the dough into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
Pour the meat mixture into the crust and spread evenly.
Cover the filling with the remaining dough, sealing the edges.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
