2 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4-5 tbsp green seasoning
pigeon peas / gungo peas
carrot
pumpkin
culantro / shadow-beni (chopped)
pimento peppers (chopped)
sweet peppers (chopped)
onion
garlic
fresh thyme
whole hot pepper
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
2-3 tbsp sugar
2-3 cups of rice
coconut milk (3-4 cups)

Heat cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces and brown on all sides.

Stir in chopped onion, garlic, and sweet peppers; cook until softened.

Add black pepper, salt, and the green seasoning; mix well.
