3 lbs ground beef
6 oz tomato paste
18 oz diced tomatoes
2 cans chili tomatoes
2 cans green chili
1 cup water
1 tablespoon beef powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chocolate
bay leaves
avocado oil

Prepare a cutting board with a paper towel underneath to prevent slipping.

Use a new knife to chop 1 large onion (white or yellow).

Chop 1 whole red bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper.

Add bay leaves and about 1 tablespoon of unsweetened chocolate (optional).
