¼ cup mole powder
2 TBSP olive oil
1 large red onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 TBSP ground cumin
1 TBSP dried oregano
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz. can chili beans
1 cup corn tortilla chips, crushed
