2 bay leaves

1 scotch bonnet pepper, whole
2 cups carrots, chopped
1 cup sweet corn
2 cups collard greens, chopped
2 medium potatoes, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
