Heat a large pan over medium-high heat for the bacon and sausages.
Put the sausages in the hot pan.
Add 3 slices of streaky bacon to the pan.
Season the vine tomatoes with salt and add them to the pan.
In a separate saucepan, add rapeseed oil and heat it up for the mushrooms.
Wipe the chestnut mushrooms clean and add them to the saucepan with butter.
Season the mushrooms with sea salt and black pepper, and add a drizzle of water to help them cook.
Turn the sausages regularly to ensure even cooking and color.
Add the black and white pudding to the pan to warm them through.
Add potato bread to the pan to warm it alongside the pudding.
Keep the pan at a high temperature for crispy bacon.
Turn the tomatoes and mushrooms to prevent them from overcooking.
Add fresh thyme to the tomatoes and season with black pepper.
Once the bacon is crispy, remove it from the pan and place it on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
Crack a corn-fed egg into the pan, season with salt, and cover with a lid to steam and cook the egg softly.
Remove the sausages and place them on kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
