20g powdered sugar
300ml milk
180g flour
20g butter, melted
30g marmalade
300g yogurt

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray.

In a large bowl, whisk together: eggs, powdered sugar & milk.

Sift in flour and whisk until it's lump-free.

Pour in melted butter and stir to combine.

Pour the finished dough into your prepared tray and spread it evenly.

Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool.

In a small bowl, mix: marmalade & yogurt.

Spread the yogurt-marmalade mix evenly across the cooled pancake.

Gently roll the pancake into a snug spiral. Don’t press too hard—let it curl naturally.

Dust the top with powdered sugar for a sweet, snowy finish.
