1

Fill the cups of a muffin pan with chili up to about half an inch each and cover.

2

Place the muffin pan in the freezer to completely freeze the chili.

3

Once frozen, run warm water under the bottom of the muffin pan to release the chili disks.

4

Take the ground beef and form a well in the middle of each patty.

5

Place a chili disk and a slice of cheddar cheese into the well and form the burger around it, making about one-inch sized burgers.

6

Preheat the Blackstone griddle with one side on high and the other on low, adding some oil.

7

Place the burgers on the high side of the griddle and cook for about three to three and a half minutes on each side, seasoning the top with salt and pepper.

8

After the first side is done, flip the burgers and cook for another three to three and a half minutes, seasoning the other side with salt and pepper.

9

Move the burgers to the low side of the griddle and cook for an additional six to eight minutes on each side.

10

Cut into the burger to check for melted cheese and chili coming from inside.
