1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon fresh basil

Pat swordfish steaks dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
