Today, hummus has gained global popularity, with countless variations and flavors appearing in restaurants and homes around the world.

Boil 2 cups of chickpeas and remove their skins by soaking them in hot water.
Put the chickpeas in a food processor.
Add 1 tea glass of tahini, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cumin.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
After blending, add 1 tea glass of cold water and continue mixing.
If needed, add more cold water to achieve desired consistency.
Transfer the hummus to a serving plate.
Create a small well in the hummus with a spatula.
Drizzle olive oil on top, sprinkle with paprika, and add reserved chickpeas and chopped parsley.
