Cut the vegetables into 1/2 cm and grill them.

Grill the whole peppers, not opened, and once cooked, peel them, remove the seeds and white layers.

In the meantime, cook the pasta, draining it 2/3 minutes before it is fully cooked, spread it on a baking tray, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and let it cool naturally, turning it often.
