Slice the deli meats into thin strips, about 1/8 inch thick.
Mix the Flavor God seasoning and Redmond Real Salt in a bowl until well combined.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the meat strips.
Place the meat in a single layer on dehydrator trays.
Set the dehydrator to 160°F (71°C).
Dehydrate the meat for 6-8 hours until fully dried and crispy.
Check for doneness; the chips should break easily without bending.
Let the chips cool completely before storing.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
