1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Beat 4 eggs in a bowl.

Add 1/4 cup almond milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the eggs and mix to combine.

Add 1/2 cup almond flour to the mixture.

Add 1/3 cup tapioca flour to the mixture.

Add 1/4 cup coconut flour to the mixture and mix to combine.

Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda to the mixture.

Add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder to the mixture.

Add a pinch of salt (or 1/4 teaspoon) to the mixture and whisk to combine.

Heat a pan and add a little bit of ghee.

Pour the pancake batter into the pan.

Cook until you see little air bubbles come up, then flip the pancakes.

Let the pancakes finish cooking for a little longer.

Serve the pancakes with maple syrup and banana.
