1 large egg white
1/4 cup ghee
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup arrowroot flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, arrowroot flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and kosher salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg white, water, ghee, honey, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly with ghee.

Pour a portion of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
