Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a large pot until hot.

Chop 3 peeled tomatoes into huge cubes and add them to the meat, mixing well.

Slit 5 green chilies and add them to the pot.

Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder and salt to taste, mixing well.

Pour in 1 cup of water and give it a final mix.

Cover the pot and cook for about 45 minutes until the meat is done and off the bone.

Check if the oil has separated from the meat.

Add 1 tbsp of butter, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, and freshly chopped coriander, stirring well.
