1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried apples
1/3 to 1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of raw almonds, 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup of walnuts, 1/2 cup of pecans, 1/2 cup of raisins, and 1/2 cup of dried apples cut into small pieces. Stir to mix.

In a blender, combine 1/3 to 1/2 cup of soaked dates (soaked in 1/2 cup of hot water) and 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Blend until the dates are completely pulverized.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the blender and blend again until mixed well.

Pour the blended mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well to combine. Optionally, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and stir again.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture evenly on the tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.

Once golden brown and crunchy, remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to an airtight container.
