In a small bowl, measure out all spices. Stir until well blended.

Form patties from the meat mixture. For 2 pounds, you should be able to get around a dozen patties.

In a preheated fry pan on medium-low heat, place patties cooking for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

When flipping the patties, use the spatula or a press to put pressure onto the patty which will help to flatten it out.
