1

Chop the fish into three pieces.

2

Put the chopped fish into a pot of boiling water.

3

Let the fish boil for about 20 to 30 minutes.

4

After 20 minutes, take out the fish and remove the bones.

Allow the fish to cool down a bit before breaking it apart with hands.

6

Season the boiling water with adobo, onion powder, garlic powder, and a packet of Maggi seasoning for fish.

7

Add the corn and thyme to the pot.

Add the green bananas to the pot.

9

Make spinners by mixing 1 cup of flour with water until firm.

10

Add the spinners to the pot after the food has been cooking for about 15 minutes.

11

Stir the pot often to prevent dumplings from sticking to the bottom.

12

Remove the scotch bonnet pepper from the pot to reduce spiciness.

13

Debone the fish by separating the meat from the bones with fingers.

14

Put the deboned fish back into the broth once the food is finished cooking.
