Jamaican Fish Tea Recipe (Fish Soup) Recipe

Prepare the ingredients: chaote, carrot, turnip, potato, yellow yam, King Fish Head, pumpkin squash, yellow onion, red onion, garlic, and cherry tomato.

Cut up the pumpkin squash and chaote, and add them to the pot.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the pot to cook down for flavor.

Add the turnip, yellow yam, potato, carrot, yellow onion, red onion, and corn to the pot.

Minced garlic and ginger are added to the pot.

Measure and add chicken flavor soup mix and fish flavor soup mix to the pot.

Add a pinch of jerk seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, thyme leaves, and ground cayenne red pepper to the pot.

Add paprika and salt to the pot.

Drop in the dumplings and spinners into the soup.

Add the fish (King Fish Head) to the pot and let it cook.

Dish out the fish tea into a bowl and serve.
