2 lbs neck of lamb
1 large onion
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 cup long grain rice
4 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups spinach
1 cup lettuce
1 cup cabbage
2 tablespoons olive oil

Get your heat on and add a little bit of olive oil to the pan.

Crush black peppercorns slightly in a mortar and pestle to open them up.

Add cayenne pepper and smoked paprika to the crushed peppercorns and mix.

Remove seeds and membrane from the chili, then dice it into small cubes and add to the pan.
