2 cinnamon sticks

Heat oil in a pan.

Add 5 cloves of garlic, 6 to 8 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

Pour in hot water to maintain temperature.

Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
