1 lb chicken
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons meat seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground clove
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
4 cups water
1 tablespoon orange peel
2 tablespoons cassareep

Marinate chicken with half a teaspoon of salt, meat seasoning, crushed garlic, chopped ginger, ground clove, black pepper, and ground cinnamon powder for about an hour.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Add marinated chicken to the pan along with cinnamon stick, remaining garlic and ginger, and whole pepper.

Add more ground clove and water to the pan to boil the chicken.

Cook on slow heat for about half an hour until the chicken becomes tender.
