500 Gram Beef Chunk
1/2 Tsp Salt & Pepper Powder
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion Sliced
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Tomato
Green & Red Capsicum
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Paprika Powder or Kashmiri chillipowder
1 Tsp Caraway Seeds or Omam Seeds
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Water
2 Potato
2 Carrot
1/2 Tsp Pepper

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pot.

Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for a minute.
