Macaroni

3 tbsp tomato extract
2 units tomatoes

black pepper to taste

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

Add 1 tsp of salt and the elbow macaroni to the boiling water.

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

Drain the macaroni and return it to the pot.

In a separate saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat.

Stir in 1/2 cup of milk, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and stir until well combined.

If desired, sprinkle 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs on top for added texture.

Transfer the macaroni to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
