Show the ingredients: ground beef (80/20), pork sausage, provolone cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, marinara sauce, garlic olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add a couple tablespoons of garlic olive oil.
Add the ground beef and pork sausage to the pot, breaking it up as it cooks until browned.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions for 8 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside on a baking sheet to dry out.
Sprinkle in dry seasonings (salt and pepper) to the meat mixture and mix well.
Drain excess fat from the meat mixture and add marinara sauce; mix and let it come to a simmer.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese and egg; mix until smooth.
Begin assembling the lasagna by spreading a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish.
Layer the cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
Add another layer of meat sauce and a layer of provolone cheese.
Repeat the layering process with noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and provolone cheese, finishing with a layer of noodles topped with remaining meat sauce and provolone cheese.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
