Toast the sub rolls with butter on them.
Heat about 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is heated, add the pork cube steaks to the pan.
Cook the pork cube steaks for about 5 minutes per side until they have a nice medium brown color.
Remove the cooked pork cube steaks and let them drain on paper towels.
Cut the pork cube steaks in half and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Top each piece with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese.
Broil the pork cube steaks in the oven on low for about 3 to 3.5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Place the pork cube steaks with melted mozzarella on the toasted sub rolls.
Add marinara sauce on top of the pork cube steaks and cover with the other half of the sub roll.
