- 5Toast bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.
- 6Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
- 7Place cooked eggs on one slice of bread.
- 8Top with cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- 9Cover with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- 10Press down gently to compact the sandwich.
- 11Cut the sandwich in half for easier eating.

Instructions
- 1Prepare the pork cutlet by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- 2Dredge the pork cutlet in flour, shaking off the excess.
- 3Dip the floured cutlet into the beaten egg, ensuring it is fully coated.
- 4Coat the cutlet with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- 5Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 6Once the oil is hot, add the breaded cutlet and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 7Remove the cutlet from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- 8Spread tonkatsu sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
- 9Place the fried cutlet on one slice of bread, add lettuce and tomato if desired, then top with the second slice of bread.
- 10Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

- 1In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- 2Mix the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
- 3Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 4Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- 5Thread the meatballs onto skewers, leaving a little space between each one.
- 6Grill the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- 7During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the meatballs with teriyaki sauce to glaze them.
- 8Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- 9Serve the yakitori meatballs warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
