1 medium bell pepper
2 cups fresh spinach
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 medium tomato

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
