Coarsely bash the cumin & coriander seeds in a pestle & mortar.

Take the gram flour and add the chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric, garam masala, chilli flakes, fenugreek leaves, coriander powder and salt. Mix well and bind using enough water till you get a thick lump free paste.

Add the spinach, onion, potatoes and coriander, and mix well using your hand until all the ingredients are coated well.

Heat the oil and gently lower spoonfuls of the mix into the hot oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.
