Preheat the oven to 160 C (320 F).

Whisk 1 large egg in a shallow bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of plain all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium to high heat.

Dip the chicken breasts in the egg, then dredge in the flour mixture.
