Rub garlic on the pork tenderloin.

Wrap each pork tenderloin with 3 strips of bacon, securing with toothpicks.

Season the wrapped tenderloins with house seasoning and salt.

Add a little soy sauce to the tenderloins.

Spray the tenderloins with olive oil.

Place the tenderloins in the air fryer and set to 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Check the tenderloins after 10 minutes; if needed, spray with olive oil and cook for an additional 8 minutes.

Check the internal temperature of the tenderloins, aiming for between 140 and 160 degrees.

If needed, increase the air fryer temperature to 430 degrees and cook for 3 more minutes.

Prepare vegetables (potatoes, carrots, parsnips) by parboiling them before air frying.

Spray the vegetables with olive oil and place in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, check the vegetables and cook for an additional 4 minutes if desired.
