1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar

6 large banana leaves
1 cup water
2 pandan leaves
1 ripe mango
1 cup jackfruit
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Soak sticky rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drain the sticky rice and combine it with coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the rice is evenly coated.

Prepare banana leaves by softening them over heat and cutting them into squares.

Line a steaming tray with banana leaves, leaving some overhang to fold over the top later.
